Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days without providing any specific reason, regardless of the above 30-day policy.
As stated earlier, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
